Desk Plant

THE NEED

We used the desk plants as giveaway items for our Annual Dinner event. The event highlighted our organization’s impact throughout the year, recognized board members, community member awardees, and employees for their years of service. The plants were placed at each seat and given to attendees as gifts.

THE SOLUTION

We chose to use this item as a giveaway because 1. It was a unique giveaway item that we thought someone would be more likely to display on their desk rather than ending up in a drawer somewhere or forgotten about 2. It also served as additional décor for our event as we placed these at each seat.

THE RESULT

The desk plants were a big success. We incorporated themes of “growth” and “resiliency” into our speech when referencing the succulents and our guests were very excited to take them home. People even grabbed extras from empty seats!
