We’ve grown every year since we started in 2015, but we are not satisfied. We have aggressive plans to continue to grow through adding people to our team who believe in our vision and improving our products and services.
We are looking to add an Operations Assistant to our team. The Operations Assistant will need to be a bit of a “Swiss Army Knife”, providing support to all areas of our current Operations Team (Online Shop Management/Order Writing, Shipping & Receiving, Order Management and Decoration). Our entire team must have a ‘love’ of the customer and a passion for providing an incredible customer experience. We take being responsive to customer requests seriously and treat every request with urgency.

Experience with an ASI/PPAI distributor or supplier in the promotional products industry
Background in a consultative sales process with hospitality/customer experience focus
Ability to engage and build recurring revenue with an existing book of business
Success in metrics driven environment, EOS familiarity a plus!
Strong software tool skills (i.e. Slack, CommonSKU, Zoom etc.)
