Cap Space is one of our favorite partners for fully custom headwear. They have simplified what can be very a complex process and have a great eye for design and quality.
While many customers choose to start with one of our base hat styles, you can choose to create a completely custom headwear option if that better fits what you are looking for.
A typical project with Cap Space goes through the following seven-step process:
- Pick a headwear style, base style or full custom
- Provide brand assets to be used for design
- Review the design renderings created by the Cap Space team
- If necessary, revise the design, then approve for sampling
- Receive and approve the physical sample
- Release to Production
- Deliver!
These fully custom headwear projects require a minimum order of 144 pieces and the typical production time from the time you approve the physical sample is 50 to 60 calendar days.
